Find “Search Builder”
The user can sign on (using their unique ID number to either save searches or retrieve previously save searches.
User can build a search in 2 ways.
1.Mark searches of interest, select the operator (And, Or, or Not) that will be inserted between each search and then click the “Run Search” button.  These searches can then be saved, deleted, or perhaps have an alert created.
2.It is also possible to simply type in the “Find” text entry box a search number…like “#3” and then type in the operator And, Or or Not, plus an actual term.  So, for example, the following could be typed in the box – “(#3 or #2) And pollution”
