published resource (book or CD-ROM) is considered a donation to the CAI
and will be catalogued and placed in the Reference collection (to be used
exclusively on the CAI premises).

The
staff of the CAI is authorized to digitize the material and place it on an
electronic page in the Virtual Library.

The
author retains copyright over the work.

The
author allows publication in electronic format on an electronic page in
the Virtual Library.

This
collection will be available free of charge to any user who accesses the
page in the Virtual Library.

The
author can choose to password protect the work. In that case, the information will lie within the domain of
the author and the librarians. The
document will be for use exclusively within the Center.
The main screen will display the bibliography, abstract, and the
author's email address.

The
title page of the thesis and the beginning of each document will include a
copyright notice in English and Spanish, a statement that the material is
to be used for educational or research purposes only, and a statement
prohibiting the duplication or modification of the material in whole or in
part without the explicit permission of the author.

are not responsible for misuse or abuse of the publication.
Given the nature of the medium, we cannot guarantee the safety of
the information.
