Proctor Authentication Process

Your application will be evaluated by the Inter American University of Puerto Rico - Ponce Campus's Distance Learning Program. Please allow (7) days for processing.

As part of the verification process, an interview is required. It will be recorded and stored in our records, along with your application, until the end of the academic year. Follow-up interviews may be required. A member of the Distance Learning Associate Deanship will be contacting you shortly to schedule the date.

It is necessary that at the time of the interview have the following:

1. Web Cam with microphone

2. Internet Connection

3. Photo ID (eg. Driver's License)

You understand that you are responsible for acquiring the necessary equipment and Internet connections to perform the authentication process (i.e. recorded interviews) and your duties as Proctor. You are also responsible of validating student's identity and ensuring the integrity of the proctoring process, in order to comply with Federal Student Aid Title IV regulations. All requests for exam passwords will be verified and evaluated. Failure to comply with any of these requirements and obligations, may result in forfeiture of eligibility.
